Leading a Neurodiverse Workforce

Scalable Corporate Training for Inclusive Leadership

The Challenge

Corporate managers are expected to lead teams of diverse thinkers—each with unique communication styles, focus patterns, and problem-solving approaches. Without guidance, even skilled leaders may struggle to create environments where everyone performs at their best.

The goal: help managers foster psychological safety, boost productivity, and retain top talent through inclusive leadership practices.

The Solution

I co-developed a 15-minute asynchronous learning product to build these capabilities. The course combines concise instruction with interactive application, helping managers identify barriers and apply practical, research-based strategies.

  • Define and use key neurodiversity terminology.

  • Recognize and adapt to different work styles.
