My work
Articulate Storyline 360
As an instructional designer with over 25 years of teaching experience, I create accessible, learner-centered solutions that turn complex workplace challenges into practical, engaging learning experiences. These two neurodiversity training modules—one for hospitality managers and one for corporate leaders—demonstrate my ability to analyze needs, design learning, and build interactive, measurable solutions that improve retention and inclusion. Grounded in learning theory and developed in Articulate Storyline 360 using the ADDIE framework, each project reflects my commitment to design training that not only informs but transforms how people lead, communicate, and support diverse teams.

Microlearning
The Text-to-Speech in Microsoft Word was designed to make workplace communication more accessible for employees with low vision or dyslexia. The lesson guides learners through using Microsoft Word’s Text-to-Speech features, helping them convert written content—such as emails—into spoken text using the Read Aloud and Speak tools. Built in Articulate Rise with supporting visuals from Snagit and PowerPoint, the course emphasizes accessibility, flexibility, and learner choice. Drawing on adult learning theory, universal design principles, and my background in instructional design and special education, I created a concise, inclusive learning experience supported by a printable job aid. The result empowers employees to access information more efficiently while fostering a more inclusive workplace culture.
